Chanukah party!

Here's the menu (served 13; no triskaidekaphobia we!)

Appetizer
  1. Beet and goat cheese and arugula salad
  2. Carrot and parsnip soup
Entree

Potato Latkes

with
  1. homemade baked apple sauce
  2. lox, sour cream, chives, olives, lemon juice...
  3. sweet and sour brisket
Dessert
  1. Sufganiyot (jelly donuts)
this is the 7 lbs of brisket, maybe

with a little sufganiyot to knosh?
